 This one was Best buy's fault. But it would have not been too bad, if web-rebates.com would have not been involved. The people of web-rebates.com refused to be reasonable in Best Buy's error on the rebate form. In fact I put a lot of the bad experience on web-rebates.com

 The customer "no Service" was horrible to deal with. They lost our UPC and told us that since it was "lost in the mail" there was nothing they could do to help us. They make reference to items lost in the mail on their webpage, and after our experience, I strongly suggest that you document everything you do with this company just in case your rebate is "lost in the mail".

 Web-rebates.com mis-keyed my address. I could not trace my rebate that way. Then after I received my rebate, they tried to put a "stop payment" on the check. Office Depot had a good rebate company and they changed to web-rebates.com where experiences are usually terrible.

 Lost the original submission. Even after presenting them with evidence from the US Postal Service and that the flaw was in their process; they simply did not care and continued with their SLOW resubmission process. Their representatives are tied to a dissatisfaction process. In summary a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I do not think it is D-Links fault it is just the way Web-rebates.com works.

 When it comes to web-rebates.com; submissions get lost and they refuse to acknowledge receipt (even when presented with proof of the US Postal service.) They take over 4 weeks to key-in a resubmission (after they lose your original submission.) And even that, they also lose the resubmission (even if you present them with your evidence) they show no sense of care. It usually a suffering experience with these people.

 I have sent three rebate forms to web-rebates.com and they always follow the same pattern. They claim never to have received the information and then once you re-submit it the 'clock' starts over again and they wait an additional 3 months to send the check (and sometimes they never send it). I do a lot of rebates and I only have trouble with this company.
