Product is great! I bought it for the features (and price). The rebate was an added bonus. The rebate time is about average and there were no problems. I enjoy buying from an American owned and operated company. (It would be better if the product was also made in teh USA.)

Product is excellent for price. Bought through New Egg. Rebate form on web, no problem. Only thing is it took over 3 months to get the rebate but I didn't have to call or email. It just showed up.

Rebate instructions were not very clear, and it was difficult to find the serial #, as the serial # was not even clear either. Sample rebate instructions form was not very clear either for this particular product. Luckily, I was able to figure it out, and got my rebate check. It just took them longer than the 8 weeks stated. It took exactly 13 weeks before I got the check. Product seems to be okay though. It was a gift for someone, and she hasn't complained yet.

Hi All, I have recently had a very bad experience regarding Mach Speed rebates. I had got denied initially for some paper work and later for wrong serial number. When I did some search at google.com I saw tons of customers who were affected by this scam. I contacted BBB and immediately started getting response from Mach Speed. So finally after 6 months they have agreed to pay me the rebate amount. I am not somehow convinced with this since normally not all customer would go to BBB for complaints and those who do will get their rebates settled by Mach Speed finally at the end. Still this process takes a lot of time and mental disturbance which is not worth the rebate amount. So to protect the interests of hundreds of customers I am planning to go ahead and log a complain with State Attorney and claim some compensation from Mach Speed also so that they dont take things for granted next time they deal with a customer rebate. I would like to hear back from each of you if you had any good experiences in the past from State Attroneys. If you have already logged a complain with BBB/ FTC or State Attorneys I would appreciate if you could send me a copy of that to deepa_1124@yahoo.com Also I would appreciate if anyone can suggest other places which I can approach to win this case for all of us. Thanks
