I had changed my address since then and hence reported the same to Broadbandoffers.com. The customer representative who took down the address didnt update the zip code.
However, I received one of the rebate checks (It was for $40). I have no clue how that happened as the zip code was wrong.
Now broadbandoffers.com has informed me that since one of the checks with the wrong address was delivered, the other one cannot be guaranteed? They also seem to acknowledge that its not my fault and blame USPS.
I think its just to say that its not USPS fault either since the address that it was issued to is wrong! Wrong!
These people just will not accept that its their fault that the Zip code wasn't changed. The also keep quoting their terms and conditions that it cannot be reissued. I wonder what the terms and conditions say if its their fault. Hah..the dont put that in there!
These people should not be allowed to do business. I was told there was no record of our purchase (It was on our Mastercard stmt.),it was lost, they're not responsible for lost mail. When they did show we purchased a modem, then IT WAS TOO LATE, no way to get rebate. At that point, I contacted our State Attorney General's office by internet, told them ( plus the Public Service Commission) what had happened. It took a month or so, we heard from AG's ofc. Broadbandoffers wrote them saying we didn't send in all info (which luckily I had kept most of the copies of forms). I again contacted Broadband by email and sent a copy of the email to the person at our AG's office. The next day I received and email from Broadband. We received $79 (modem rebate?) & they sent me another form to fax in for the $100 cash. It's been almost two weeks since faxing in the $100 cash form, still waiting on that. But I wanted to tell everyone, Don't give up, COMPLAIN to your STATE Attorney General's office (can look in up on internet) Keep emailing & keep copies/record of all the information you can. I refuse to let BRoadband cheat us out of what we were promised.

I agree with the poster before me, there are a lot of ways to make a mistake, so please make sure to follow all of the details, because they will deny you if you do not and then you cannot resend. I was able to phone broadbandoffers at 877-668-7221 and had very good customer service the two times I called (once right after placing the order to have a rebate form emailed to me and the other about 11 weeks after sending in the rebates to inquire about not receiving them yet). I have horrible experience with this company that does not exist with a physical address. They first sent me duplicated equipments and when I returned, they cahrgerd stocking fee. Well, I agreed finally to pay that. However, they deducted $60 more bucks saying there were missing parts. Can you believe it? Missing parts from an unopen box!!
I called at leat half doze times. They are rude, arrogant, and say: do whatevere you can..
Please spread the word out. I am going to send this to comcast and everywhere else...

REMEMBER : GET PROOF OF SENDING FORMS (USPS CERTIFIED MAIL WORTH AROUND 1.50$) AND LET CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOW THAT YOU HAVE COPIES AND THIS PROOF. IT USUALLY WORKS.
If you do not get your rebate even this way, then contact better business or authority about this experience. After that call them every few weeks (1-877-668-7221)and ask for the tracking # of the rebates for you to use to check the status of the rebate on line periodically (http://www.checkmyrebate.com/lfo/ )DONT confuse this rebate checking site with http://www.checkmyrebate.com/ (notice the missing ending on the second web address) I think these are different web site depending on when your rebate was submitted. When I used the second web addy my info didn't show up, but it did on the first one.
Lastly expect to get frustrated, worried angry and livid during the entire process, but DONT ever take it out on the customer service person answering the phones, they are not making the decisions, they are simply the front line. If you do tick them off they can however make things even more difficult for you.

Today (11/13/07) the customer service told me that the office has not received my
re-submisison and the JUNE promotion has been closed. This seems ridiculous and unprofessional practice.
Then I have to file a complaint on the BBB immediately.
