I contacted them via email a few weeks after submission and they replied saying the rebate had not been processed yet. I have contacted them since asking when and why it hasn't been processed and they will not reply to my emails anymore. I have sent 5 or so emails that have all been ignored. I will harass them until i get my rebate.
