Ordered 5 50-Packs of DVDs at different times from Meritline and Supermediastore. The first 2 arrived in about 4 months. the next 3 of the rebates were rejected at first. They sent a postcard each time stating that I hadn't sent in the UPC, which was an outright lie. It took many phone calls to finally get the rebates. I called every single day and they never admitted that they had a problem with the rebate center. I finally got to talk with one of the bigwigs at Verbatim and got an immediate response and the 3 rebate checks arrived in about 3 days! Since that time I have only ordered Ritek DVDs because it is not worth the trouble. The Ritek disks are priced right in the first place so you don't need a rebate.

I have receiced numerous rebates from Ridata Ritek. The first time I bought Verbatim media & sent the rebate, and It failed me. I hope that people out there don't get fooled by Verbatim. Big name, but a scam. From now on I will tell my friends, relatives not to get Verbatim media.

Verbatim rebate stated I did not include the original UPC barcode which is a total lie. They asked that I resubmit the original UPC barcode which I already did. I also spent $1.00 at the Post Office for certificate of mailing.
