But I was told that the program had been closed and they could not pay the rebate when I called them last month. Next time, I will not buy a Toshiba product

My rebate claim was rejected after 3 months because I supposedly returned the computer (I did not). Following approval, the check mysteriously never arrived. Perhaps my address was incorrectly entered (it was not). 8 months after purchase I still don't have my approved rebate. |
