I followed up with Onrebate.com on May 3, 2006, and was told that my rebates were still in the Resubmission Office and more time was needed to process my claims. I was told to call back on May 11. Subsequently, I called Onrebate.com again and again on May 11, May 17, and May 31, 2006. I was told the same story each time - more time was needed to process my rebates. By May 31, I was losing my patience. I insisted on talking with the supervisor at Onrebate.com. The rep promised that her supervisor would call me later that day. However, the promised call never came. I also called the TigerDirect.com customer service. I was told to fax them all my documents and they would fax them to the Onrebate.com supervisor. I called Onrebate.com on June 6. They said they found no record that they had received any of my forms faxed by TigerDirect.com. I faxed them to Onrebate.com again. On June 21, I called Onrebate.com and was told that the rebates had expired and that I no longer qualified for the rebates.

It is a despicable, dirty, ENRON-DESERVING practice that should go punished, or looked down upon. Don't use the service, these guys are full of it, are dishonest, and they want to steal the last $0.50 of your money, or the money of your poor, old grandmother... they wouldn't give a crap whose hard-earned money they're stealing. It is STEALING! Stated scanning in the origonals of rebates to have on file in the computer and also taking Digital photos of the paper work, evelope, the place on the package where the upc was cut out all on 1 photo and keeping that on the hard drive and a backup.
Since my submission by mail was not certified (which they would notice) I feel they took advantage of that to deny it and not pay it.
