I would advise everyone not to sign anyhting with T-Mobile.

I have send all the required documents within the timeframed required. After I received
the PEBL this phone was programmed on a temporary number. I used this phone on this
number for a day and since i didn't care much about the tempory number i turned the phone
off. During this time my phone was lost. Once my number was ported from sprint i bought a razr and start using the razr.
Now, the system is showing razr instead of pebl so, the rebate center is not giving me the rebate.
I think there is a flow in your process. They system should be showing both of the phones
or your rule if there is any regarding the number being on the phone should be change.
Regardless. of this I paid for the phone, I purchased it from t-mobile sales agent, i send
all the correct documents within the timeframe and still I am not getting my rebate.

I planed for this rebate when considering the cost of changing carriers. I do a lot of rebates and have not had a problem with any of them for years, I am very carefull to make sure I include everthing and follow every detail, but never had a problem with a rebate center not receiving my rebate forms. I guess I will start requesting a proof of receipt, when sending rebates. Obviously, they had my information to have sent me some feedback, right?
When you call this rebate phone #, the automated choices make it obvious that this happens frequently. T-Mobile is a ripoff. Why are all cell phone companies so AWFUL?! It's such a racket.
