After submitting for the first time, I received a denial card, not specifying the reason for denial. I followed the resubmission instructions, and this time there was no response and no rebate. I contacted the company several times since, and received contradicting answers regarding whether they received the resubmission. No reason was given for the denial, but they kept claiming that "the promotion is closed" and there was nothing that I could do.

$100 rebate was supposed to arrive within 8-10 weeks. Website said rebate was processing a week after I submitted the paperwork. 16 weeks later, I emailed them and received an automated response. I replied to this and received the same automated response. Next action is contacting BBB and attorney general. I've submitted about 50 rebates in the past, first time this has happened. Will never do business with this company.

I sent a rebate form in July 06 but they "lost" all documents. I resubmitted the rebate in November, they sent me a check on $20 instead of $45. After several calls, faxes, emails I had to contact the Better Business Bureau. Their customer support is stupid, seems as they installed a mail robot. Never buy anything related to rebates via RebatesHQ.com.

I mailed in my rebate on 09/26/06. The rebate was received and processed by 10/18/06. From then the status on the website has not changed. I have e-mailed the company several times, receiving an automated msg stating my rebate would be mailed 02/07/07. That is 4 months after my original processing. I have since received no rebate, and they have stopped responding to e-mails. I am going to report them to the Attorney General's Office and the Texas better Business Bureau. Please avoid this company at all cost. It's not worth it.
