Been Since 02/08/07. Hqave Heard Nothing. Also had To sent T.V. Back Within 30Days. Still Trying To Get Them To Send My New One.Which Is a Protron Model PLTV-4250. Now Have The Better Business, Plus Shop NBC Working On This. Still Nothing. Protrom Has Nothing But lied To Me.Two Bad Companies Dealing Together.

I sent everything registared mail on 11/28/05. A Grace signed for it...never received a ck....called HSN..they gave me a phone # for Pancom...they kept saying Ck in mail....I want my $$$ ...small claims sounds good to me! Never will buy from Co again!

I purchased this TV through Shop-NBC. I also contacted them and they, too, keep on giving me the runaround. First they virtually said "The check is in the mail" and when I didn't receive it, I contacted them again. Now say my rebate will arrive in mid-August because of a "backlog". Protron acknowledges they rec'd my rebate submission on April 24, 2006. Today is July 12th. I think that is because I sent it via USPS Delivery Confirmation. How can they deny it??? The rebate offer says "Rebate checks will be mailed in 10-12 weeks." It is well past that deadline. I suppose they think people will get tired of trying to get their rebates by this subterfuge.
