After reading the rebate conditions on the rebate form that came with the product and also the rebate instructions given on the internet I could see no way that I could satisfy their conditions.
I was in a quandary about this so I got on the internet and blogged onto several sites that dealt with this rebate from Nova problem. I have concluded that the Nova rebate is a scam and am not going to continue wasting my time on it so I am taking the product back to Staples.
If Staples refuses to return my money I will notify the appropriate authorities who will probably do nothing about my complaint. Thank you to the retailer, Micro Center, for taking back the software in exception to their policy on opened software - much appreciated!! |
