I asked why my rebate was rejected. They said they did not accept handwritten invoices. Where they got that from I don't know, nothing on it was written by hand. I made copies of everything to prove it. But they said I could not resubmit. I'll never buy a MSI product again. Thieves!

Purchased an MSI video card on 8.18.09 and submitted rebate immediately upon receipt of item. Called MSI more than 6 times about status of $15 rebate; phone never answered; left voicemail messages; calls never returned. Emailed several times about rebate status; received one generic reply. After almost 3 months rebate denied because I used email confirmation from retailer as proof of purchase instead of requesting invoice from retailer. Not permitted to resubmit with invoice obtained from retailer.

Sent in everything per rebate instructions. They rejected my rebate saying that the invoice didn't show price and purchase date (which it did) and I cannot resubmit it. No more MSI products for me, ever!!
