 OMG There are so many people saying the same thing. This is terrible and frustrating but we need to do more than this. We have the power and need to use it. STOP supporting these companies. I will look into the next company I give my money to. And it won't be this one again.

 I mailed this on 9/1/06 and it never showed up in their system. Customer service would not respond for about 6 weeks. Had to refax the information to them 2 times finally they put it in their system and then denied it because they say they didn't receive it on time. I ended up paying $150.00 for a phone they advertised as free. Please avoid this company at all costs.

 Customer service would not respond. Mailed original rebate and then faxed and still not response. Avoid this company.

 Their rebate policies and ensueing merry-go-round makes getting a rebate owed a frustrating, time consuming waste. After resubmitting information they deemed necessary to send rebate twice, it was still kicked back with the same response. They are clearly playing the who will give up first game. From what I am reading over the web, many other disatisfied customers are experiencing the exact same thing. All I need to do is submit previous 4 months of paid wireless statements from Verizon. I even circled the Account Summary and included a print out of my payment history available from Verizon website. They have more than enough proof I have paid every single bill in full and on time. This is all I needed to do to qualify. The latest post card states they could not honor my request. Why? "Your carrier bill does not show that the previous balance was paid in full." I am then given the option to once again resubmit my claim and include the post card by May 15th, 2006. What gives? Why is this process so grueling, filled with frustration and endless redtap? I just want my $90 rebate offered back in August 2005. How much longer does this need to persist before satisfaction is obtained from this company? I caution anyone who is considering a cellphone from this company with rebates attached. It is NO bargain by any means. Saving money will no longer be my first priority if a rebate is not instant. I will never subject myself to this time waster in the future to be sure!!
