After sending in correct paperwork, it was 3 months & I was getting runaround (5 calls); supervisor sent me 2 gift cards but when we trie to use, they were no good. Call HD & rebate center. Home Depot manager gave me the gift cards - never did receive from proper place! This was in 2005
