 Purchased an IPOD Docking Station that had a $30 Rebate. Sent in all the stuff, then checked on line to see it was invalid over no UPC submitted. Called and they said no problem, send a photocopy (which I had). I mailed it and faxed it. Next follow up I was told I was mis-informed, that they had to have the original UPS (which they lost). I asked for a supervisor and got the same story. What a rip off. I have a perfect photocopy and they could care less. STAY AWAY

 I had bought a 3rd gen 8gb Ipod for $200 with an $80 mail-in rebate. I sent the rebate along with the necessary items only to find out after numerous contacts that they required 3 different UPC bars, not just 1. I received a postcard indicating that as long as I send the other UPC bars back within 3 weeks I should be fine (also verified through customer service). I allowed a few months to pass before following up again to allow for all their processing. After talking to customer support again, I was told that they never received the 2nd submission and that the promotion had expired, telling me that it must've gotten lost in the mail. Obviously I didn't believe this so I asked to speak to the supervisor. Only after talking to him did I learn that they DID receive everything from me however still would not honor my rewards, even though I was told as long as I resubmitted everything within the timeframe I did, I would be fine. DO NOT TRUST FYE REBATES.

 FYE failed to honor its $16.99 per DVD rebate of teh entire season of Seinfeld that I purchased. I mailed all of the paperwork and all of the UPC codes by Certified mail even. They stated that I only sent one of the UPC codes and could not honor the rebate for all of the seasons. This is SCAM.

 The company gave a web site to check rebate status, but web site does not exist. Can't check on corporate web site as it does not provide an access to rebate info. The BUMS.

 when i bought the DVD, there was a rebate on the receipt so i read the instructions and followed everything. i mailed in the rebate and i got a "return to sender" mail telling me that i have sent the mail to a unknown address. i looked up the address again and it was the same exact one i had on the envelope so i called the company FYE and explained everything. they gave me an address to mail the rebate to (it was the same address i had the first time) and the service person told me they would handle everything. So i mailed everything in the next morning and little did i know but about 4 weeks later i get a letter from them telling me they cant give me the rebate now because it was no longer valid! EXCUSES I TELL YOU!

 Can get ahold of no one regarding my rebate. Online rebate tracking system indicating my rebate is ready for processing has not changed in two months. They say to contact, respond by email, I have done so 4 times, they have not responded once. I will absolutely think twice before buying a product from fye with the promise of a rebate. I consider this rebate dead in the water.

 Kept getting the run around from Customer service - call this number - number disconnected - call this other number - can't help - try this one - no response - send an email - try this email - WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN.

 This rebate was for free CDR's after rebate. A $5 rebate from FYE and a $10 rebate from the maufacturer(Fujifilm). Both reabtes wanted UPC's well the item only had 1 upc so I photocopied it and sent the original to FYE and the photcopy to Fujifilm. Well I received an email about a month later saying I didn;t fufill the rebate request because I had photocopied the UPC. But how was I suppose to send in 2 UPC's when there is only one on the package? Well I emailed FYE and explained everything. They called me back about 3 days later and I explained everything. The operater told me that FYE was talking with the manufacturer to get the whole thing straightened out. Well after all this haggeling I did finally about 14 weeks later get the rebates. Why should I have to go through all this to get a rebate. Well I sent in another rebate this past January and am now having trouble with getting my rebate on that so that's why I believe this Company deserves the grade that I gave them. Beware and read everything. If you have questions ask the cashier before you buy the product.
