Part of a bundle rebate offer. 3 rebates: $50, $20, & $15. I got the $20, had to resubmit for the $15 but got it. Still no $50. Have contacted Epson 10+ times, resubmitted 3 times, but still they are only working on my behalf and thanking me for my patience. If you rely on rebates to lower your cost, you might want to avoid Epson. Too much hastle.

Bought laptop at Circuit City. There was a "free" printer combined after $90 mail in rebate. After waiting 10 weeks, the a check arrived...for $30. This is not the first time I have experienced problems with an Epson rebate. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

This is the typical "Get a free Epson Printer" when you buy a digital canera come-on. It takes 3 rebates, 2 from Epson and lots of paperwork to submit them. At least they eventually paid.
