This way you will know that the company received it by an individual in their perspective rebate department. EVGA has been one of the quickest rebates I have ever received. You can even track your rebate process online. If you take the necessary steps as instructed, you should recieve your rebate from this company in a hurry. I mailed in my rebate info promptly. It’s been 22 weeks since my rebate information was “received", according to the website.
I’ve called several times to get the $30.00 rebate including, July 31. Each time, I was told that I would have my rebate in 15 days. Talked to yet another supervisor July 31. Same spiel - 15 days. He refused to put it in writing and wouldn’t provide his name. He assured me that I would have my rebate and I wouldn’t have to call again. I heard that same line on July 15 from someone else.
