The rebate form was available on BB&B website the day I purchased - not 3 days later, the link disappeared and the company claimed the rebate NEVER existed (even checking back offers) I kick myself for not saving the pdf when I first opened it!

i was very careful to include all supporting paper, because of the companys reputation. i never received the rebate. i have forgotten how much or even what the item was. i wont bother to correspond, it isnt worth my time. i have cancer and heart problems. dealing with items like this are too stressful for me. I belive companies like this prey on people like me.

First one must cut out the coupon hidden on the bottom of the box, then one must also remove the UPC code, then one must submit the original receipt and rebate paper, then one must mail it within ten days of purchase, then one must include a self addressed stamped envelope (two stamps and two envelopes, not a $10 rebate now,maybe $9). Anyway, I did everything that was meant to keep me from my rebate and in the end no money ever came 3-4 months later! Fraud if you ask me!
